Research On The Application Of Phantom Stock Option In State-owned Enterprise

Stock Option is an effective way for long-term motivation, but in our country, there are not enough conditions for Stock Option to be effective. In order to solve this problem, this thesis researches Stock Option both in theory and practice of our state-owned enterprise, and proposes the Phantom Stock Option that is proper for the realistic condition of our state-owned enterprise.The thesis researches the successful example of Phantom Stock Option in our country, according to the problems that exist in the state-owned enterprise, combines the Phantom Stock Option with the condition of State-owned enterprise, designs the practical process of Phantom Stock Option in State-owned enterprise in our country. In order to make the practical process more practicable, the thesis chooses one state-owned enterprise as an example, and designs it's practical process of Phantom Stock Option. At last, this thesis proposes some suggestions about the practice of the Phantom Stock Option of out state-owned enterprise.The researching methods of this thesis are demonstration and theoretical analysis as well as quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, proposes some practicable models about the Phantom Stock Option of our state-owned enterprise. These models can make the Phantom Stock Option in our country more effective, and give the long-term motivation.The conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1) On the foundation of researching both in theory and practice of our state-owned enterprise, proposes the Phantom Stock Option, and this way is effective for the time being.(2) Designs the practical process of Phantom Stock Option of state-owned enterprise, and analyses the technical factors of practice.(3) Select one state-owned enterprise as the example, and designs the practical process of the Phantom Stock Option, and make this long-term motivation way more practicable.(4) Considering the practical condition for Phantom Stock Option is not perfect at present, proposes some suggestions about the practice of Phantom Stock Option.
