A Study On The Mechanism And Effects Of International Service Outsourcing

Development of international outsourcing of services has an important role in improving a country's international competitiveness, promoting foreign trade and economic sustainable development, strengthening education and vocational training and improving quality of the labor force. In order to instituting targeted promotion policies for the international service outsourcing industry, it is urgent to study both theoretical and empirical in depth.First, this article defines the concept of international service outsourcing. This article combines the value chain theory, the core competitiveness theory, and the transaction cost theory, commissioned - agency theory, and so on, to establish a model of the mechanism, which can avoid the shortage of the former models.This paper gradually perfect the mechanism model from the micro perspective, and use the game method to analyze the mechanism of international outsourcing, in different market mechanisms, as well as the introduction of penalties and incentive mechanism. The international service outsourcing production is a stable business model and a win-win mode of trade, which can make both sides use each other's complementary strengths and resources, construction of mature, to effective value chain. In order to obtain the competitive advantage, the contractor should adapt the advanced culture, to gain a competitive advantage in the middle price of services.This paper focuses on the economic effects of contractor. This article analyzes the effects of technical capital and employment in-depth, through building the international services outsourcing functions of the contractor. This paper uses the IBM case as the specific case to prove the international services outsourcing model of the mechanism. Through selecting appropriate statistical indicators and statistical data, this article prove the economic effects of international services outsourcing, using the econometric analysis by the analysis tools named Eviews.On the basis of the analysis of empirical and theoretical research study, this paper proposes the countermeasures to promote the development of China's international services outsourcing from macroscopic and microscopic levels. This paper's suggestions stress the need to integrate China's specific national conditions, and point out that the government's proposal and the recommendations of the combined enterprise.
