China To Undertake The Economic Effects Of International Outsourcing

Outsourcing or offshore outsourcing generally refers to the economic activities that multinational corporations give up their non-core business to the service providers outside the firm in a foreign country by the form of cooperative business.International outsourcing service has become the main trend in the new round industry-tranfer process globally and has been the strategic option of multinational corporations to increase the core competence.Nowadays, current researches of foreign scholarship on international outsourcing service focus on two topics which are the motive of international outsourcing service and the effect of employment and income distribution, moreover, the empirical studies have been done from the auftraggeber aspect; And the domestic scholarship mainly concern on the motion of international outsourcing from a theory-lever aspect and there is a lack of empirical study.On the basis of absorbing excellent research findings at home and abroad and recognizing the current situation of ever-developing outsourcing service situation in China, I analyze the influence on our economic growth. In this article, I build a model and use the EViews software to undertake a quantitative analysis of outsourcing services to industrial structure, economic aggregate and technology spillover. The results show that undertaking outsourcing service in China pushes the development economic aggregate, industrial structure and technology spillover positively.Developing modern service sectors is the necessary choice to the development of our country's economy and society.International outsourcing service would be a good opportunity for our country to face the new transfer of international industry. Finally, the paper provides some Countermeasures and suggestions for our country to develop the modern service industry through international service outsourcing project.
