The Establishment Of The Integrated Management System And The Realization Of The Certification Management System

With the development of economy and society, a number of management systems must be established and certificated at the same time by many organizations which including Production Corporations and Government Departments etc. But the simple accumulation of the management systems in the same organization may cause inconsonance, even contradiction between systems, and consequently reducing the overall effectiveness of the systems.The establishment of the integrated management system that makes a number of management systems organic integrated will be an effective solution to the above issues. It will make for the reduction of management costs, the enhancement of the management level and management efficiency. This not only conforms to the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization, but also the main trends of the promoting and developing of the certification.Based on the current domestic situation of the development of certification, the following two aspects were mainly done in this article.1. The establishment, implementation and certification realization of the integrated management system was discussed and studied. The integrated management system was focus on the certification organizations. The integrated method that combine theoretical literature investigation, action investigation and summarizing experience investigation was adopted, based on the fathers' previous achievements, the organizations which establish the integrated management system and the organizations which try the integrated management system were deep discussed. Adopt a method which combining qualitative and quantitative research to analyze the feasibility, and a cases research method was also adopted.2. The system realization of the certification management which of the integrated management system was researched. Start with the requirement of the practice, database was established based on the source of the data. At the same time, according to the requirement of the integrated certification management, its functional requirements are conducted modularization design, thus the system realization of the integrated certification management system is achieved.After the integrated management system and the certification management system were put into practice application, the feedback information indicated that: the establishment, implementation and certification realization of the integrated management system conform to the actual demands of the organizations, resolve the problems due to the simple accumulation of the management systems in the same organization, conform to the requirements of the system and management. The certification management system received the acceptance of the users and achieved better utilization efficiency.
