Research On Integrated Management System Of Civil Aviation Transportation Airport

In this paper, we regard the civil aviation airport management system integrationissues as research subjects. It is designed to attempt to provide reference for theestablishment and implementation of the civil aviation airport management systemintegration through the integration of theory with practice and the integration of wholestudy with key research with the perspective of the airport management process. Atpresent, China’s civil aviation transportation airport exist the situation of the multipleindependent management system running simultaneously, that is the relative dispersionof each management system and the presence of management authority confusion,resources-wasting and other issues, thus it could not play its systematic advantage.Firstly through the studying of operating principles, mechanisms and laws of the entiremanagement system, the author believes the nature of the integration of managementsystems is not integration of management system standard, but identifying the modelsand methods integrated management system. Then according to combine thecharacteristics of civil airports production process, author not only came to theconclusions that airport management system integration is necessary and feasible, butalso summed up the airport management system integration elements, processes andmethods, as well as the basic mode of operation of the airport management system, andproposed overall program for designing file system of integration management system.Author identified the basic requirements of various elements in airports integratedmanagement system implementation process. The last, author established simpleevaluation model of indicators to management objectives and system evaluation modelof indicators to process of management on the basis of assessment of integratedmanagement system operating results. Another author believes that airport integratedmanagement system evaluation is suitable for use gray comprehensive evaluationmethod. And combined with the evaluation model of indicator to process, author havedrawed the basic steps of grey comprehensive evaluation of airport integratedmanagement system integration’s effectiveness.
