A Study On Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Based On The Supply Chain Financing Service

As industry competition transferring from enterprises to supply chains, supply chain financing service has become a matter of emergency. It is a new financing model specializes on small and medium-sized enterprises. It brings the capital flow to supply chain management effectively, not only offering new types loan and financing service for inferior enterprises, but also improve the "information symmetries" in the credit market and resolve the problem of lack of mortgage in small and medium-sized enterprises' financing. Therefore it can become an efficient and useful way to resolve the financing problem in China.This paper firstly talks about the conception, features and advantages of the supply chain finance, with its financing models and patterns which are commonly used in handling practical problems. Then it analyzes the relative method of small and medium-sized enterprises' financing, with further research about the present conditions and practical problems of this kind of financing, from both inner part and outer part. During this course, it also put its emphasis on the risks from different ways and discusses the advantages and superiority in risk dispersing through the way of supply chain finance. Finally it talks about the problems we may face to in the future and gives several suggestions to relative institutions and points out the directions to which the business should follow.
