A Study On The Financial Management Objective With Compound Structure

At present, study on Financial Management Objective mainly from two different angle, Enterprise entity and shareholders. IF study Objective only from one angle that will led to incomplete conclusions. So we should think the question both from two angles, set up a Compound Structure of Financial Management ObjectiveBut studying Compound Structure of Financial Management Objective based on different theses and viewing the relationship of two Objectives different will led to many different conclusions, thus make it difficult to apply to the reality. So we should analysis them. Set up a proper Compound Structure of Financial Management Objective.At present, either Maximization the profit of stakeholders or shareholders is based on the Theory of Enterprise Contract Theory. But Enterprise Contract Theory has some defict that led to the defict of Financial Management Objective, so we should find a more reasonable theory basis for Financial Management Objective.The theory of Enterprise Resource Structure is based on the theory of Enterprise Ability. Enterprise Ability Theory use Dynamic analysis method that victory the flaw of static analysis method of Enterprise Contract Theory. Based on the theory of Enterprise Resource Structure, I draw a conclusion: Maximization the profit of key resource holders. Then from another theory: Supposition of Enterprise entity, I draw another conclusion: Maximization the profit of Enterprise entity. An analysis on their relationship led to a conclusion that we should set up a compound structure about Financial Management Objective, it is consistent of two layers, one is Ultimate objective of financial management(Maximization the profit of key resource holders),the other is basis objective of financial management(Maximization the profit of Enterprise entity).The Study on the Financial Management Objective with Compound Structure , expanded the existing research scope, theoretically. At the same time, It is advantageous for enterprise's managers to make policy-making from the long-term, not the short-term., and it has the role of reality guidance, thus has the strong practice significance.
