From the national regional development policy, the promotion of central China is the first to encourage the development of the eastern region, the development of the western region, revitalize northeast China and other old industrial bases after a strategic relationship to the comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development of a rational arrangement. On the other hand, we must face the fierce competition from other provinces; some provinces have taken the forefront in Hunan Province. This paper mainly from the current situation, problems and countermeasures, and other aspects of the utilization of foreign direct investment in Hunan Province were studied, designed to Hunan Province for some time to come optimization environment, and grasp the opportunity to observe the objective of more and better utilization of foreign direct investment to provide reference.Related to this topic in the field, many scholars launched an extensive and in-depth research, and formed a theory of international direct investment, location theory, and the investment environment theory. Some scholars on specific economic regional distribution of the investment made a special study and put forward the views and insights with policy recommendations, but specifically targeted at foreign direct investment in Hunan Province in recent years the development of the environment and Countermeasures not many, this paper attempts to in this regard do explore.
