The Research About Problem Of Improving Quality Standard In State Key Technical School Of Tianjin

The Ministry of Labor formulates and carries out "Country Key Technicians' school Quality specification", under the background , this article understands the ISO9000 quality control system which has obtained the huge success in the industry and commerce enterprise quality control. After I understanded the using of the ISO9000 quality control in the domestic and foreign education domain, I proposed profits from ISO9000 in the state-level technicians' school, and established Tianjin State-level Professional school quality control system.Through reviewing the Tianjin Technicians' school the course of development, I analyzed the education's present situation of Tianjin State-level Technicians' school, and summarized the problem of Tianjin State-level Professional school. This article studied the principle and the essential concept embarks of the technicians' school quality control system,proposed to take the process method as the pattern. From management, resource management, education servicing time and improvement, this paper established the technicians' school quality system.Nowadays, some Technicians' schools are using quality control system. The article describes the basic characteristics of education quality management system in the secondare vocational schools, its running system and the problems should be given attention to. As the focal point and origin of the research ,the thesis intends on providing useful references to the education quality management of the secondary vocational school.
