As a remarkable profit winner of our STC, oilfield tools center is featured with its unique market strategy and management model. Our center provide leasing, assembly, repair maintenance on site services of the special tools used for drilling, sand control, workover and related operation. Give clients considerate work preparation, accurate tool service and high quality engineer service. Considering accommodating and giving impetus to our company's development strategy and fantastic blue print, it's crucial to figure out the development orientation of our tool center.With the combination of qualitative and quantitative system analysis methods, this paper utilizes the modern management conception to analyze, identify and evaluate the internal circumstance and critical factors of our oilfield tool services.
