The constructions of power grid relate to the country's economy, the main aim of the constructions has changed from enlarging the size to rising the quality of the power grid and getting more benefit from the investment. When pursuing their own development and earning money, the electric enterprises put social responsibility on their shoulders, too, as they should ensure the electric demand of common residents and more demand from the economy's development. The investments in power grid belong to capital assets'investments which cost a lot of money and need long time to return back. So the analysis on constructions and management of the venture have deep influence on the social and economic benefits of the investment, and how to gain the best benefits is the focus of modern management in electric enterprises.Nowadays, the following problems are very common in the electric enterprises of our country, for example, the lack of money, the low profit margin, and little ability to progress themselves. This paper mainly solves the problems with optimizing the benefits and enforcing the quality of power grid on the basis of satisfying the electric demand.Considering the traits of the power grid constructions, this paper mostly uses regression analyzing, grey theory and other methods to forecast the load forecasting, which is the foundation for further estimation; uses the evaluation system which based on the fuzzy sets and AHP to study the power grid construction from technology, economy and effects on the society, and uses the modern investment theories to optimize the combination of projects and finally gives the consulting scheme. The theory and methods mentioned above could turn to program in computer and lighten the burden of labor.Giving useful direction and powerful help, they will do a lot to optimize the power grid investment and lower the investment risk.
