The province of H plays a great part for the economic and societal development of the whole area. Energy sources are the vital guarantee of the rapid economic development. It is meaningful for optimizing the energy sources-consuming structure of the Province, accelerating the speed of the lasting economic and societal development, improving People's life and quality of the environment to employ natural gas extensively.Facing the new situation, H Natural Gas Company examined and passed"the Developing Strategy and Program during the period of 2006-2010". On terms of finance, the corporation will carry out the steady financial strategy in the 5 years time to come to optimize financial management, reduce the cost, improve the benefit and obtain the financial goal of incurring debt moderately, benefiting medialy and dividing properly by self-accumulating and developing.This paper applies the relevant economic and managing front-line theory and employs the method of the qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the financial orient, choice, control and evaluation and the optimization of content on the basis of analysis on the present conditions of financial strategy management. At the same time, the paper point out that the financial strategy and program of Hebei Natural Gas Company is a kind of three bodies in one strategy and program including the strategy of financial cost, comprehensive budget and internal control in effect.This paper draws a conclusion that an effective financial strategy and program can promote the financial sources'integrated and coordinative effect powerfully and ensure the corporation's competitive superiority strengthened continuously to achieve the total strategy goal basing on the most benefit, which provides an important theory foundation for the effective operation and scientific management in the natural gas company. |
