The development of electric integration enterprises which are supported by the original generation power companies is badly tied. The reasons for that are as follow: firstly, the original monopoly benefit is lost; secondly, the main operation is not outstanding; thirdly, the proportion of associated deals is great; lastly, the competition is weak. Some of electric integration enterprises are even at a loss. In a word, electric integration enterprises are driven to the last ditch.How to enhance market operation ability, to increase benefit, and to achieve span development have been important for the decision-makers of electric enterprises as well as all the employees. Thus, the survival and development of electric integration enterprises is a significant academic and practical study theme.This article is based on Hengshui Hengguan Industrial Co.Ltd to do the demonstration research on enterprises development strategy. It is to find out a development strategy which could be applied to any electric integration enterprises.In this article, the first part analyses the development of strategy theories and the specific process of enterprises strategy management. The second part studies the establishment and implement of the company's strategy. The last part puts forward some practical suggestion of strategy development.
