Logistics Park is the main link in the supply chain and important nodes of the logistics systems. Therefore, the planning and construction of modern logistics park, in promoting China's logistics industry and the rapid development of the logistics park to play intensive, transport convergence and the support of the Joint expansion, and enhance logistics services and management levels, and promote regional economic development has an important strategic significance .The construction of the logistics park would take a lot of land resources, a huge amount of investment, without scientific planning on building the investment risks were enormous. On the other hand, the construction of logistics parks despite the success of foreign precedent, but if we do not consider all countries variety, blindly copy foreign experience in the construction of China's logistics will also has great risks. Therefore, how to integrate the actual local situation, and explore the city practical in the planning of the logistics park is not only in practical significance, but also a very urgent task.This paper Zibo City Center for Logistics Park Planning study, in accordance with domestic and international development of the logistics industry and logistics park construction and planning , combining the Characteristic of 'group type city' and the characteristics of economic and social development of Zibo City, mainly from the development environment of demand forecasts, the Commission site planning ,the scale planning and the park's policy recommendations in Zibo City Logistics Park Planning Center conducted a study and research. Using qualitative and quantitative methods, and establish estimates Zibo future cargo forecast model, the Center City District of Zibo logistics park construction in the planning, development positioning recommendations.First, recalled the China Logistics Park Planning and Construction and the status of the domestic and international logistics park planning experience; then analyzed the Zibo City Center development of the logistics park construction in the environment, including the city of Zibo City and the surrounding socio-economic development analysis, market demand and competitive posture analysis and policy environment analysis; Second, Analysis the demand forecast of the center of Zibo City Logistics Park, forecast the park cargo throughput and logistics demand; again, according to the location advantages of Zibo City planning the scale of construction planning and design firms of the logistics park; Finally,conduct relevant development policy recommendations of the Zibo City Logistics Park Center.
