We must find a new path to develop the cultural tourism resource. The most effective way is to consolidate resources. The development of the tourism resources integration has tremendous potential, and plays an irreplaceable uniqueness of the obvious advantages and competitive in the marketplace.This paper discusses the researching background, the significance, the methods and the content of the humanistic integration of tourism resources in Zibo, and elaborates the idea. We try to seek the latest results in the integration of tourism resources by researching the material both at home and abroad. This paper emphatically analyses the present status and the existing problems of Zibo cultural tourism resources from the distribution of humanistic tourism resources, the features of the tourism resources, and the evaluation. Finally, this paper presents the corresponding countermeasures and proposals: First, The government and the enterprises should integrate the resources altogether. The government should set up a leading group for tourism to integrate the management departments. All the tourism-related departments and enterprises should fully cooperate and develop comprehensively. Second, integrate the overall images of Zibo tourism resources. We should scientifically understand the cultural tourism resources of Zibo, set up identifying tourism image, and integrate the marketing pattern of the cultural tourism resources. Third, integrate the tourism facilities. We should integrate the transport resources, build convenient transport network, raise the corresponding facilities for sightseeing and attach importance to human resources development in tourism. Fourth, integrate the cultural tourism products, deeply develop the cultural connotations of tourism products and develop special tourism commodities with local features.
