The Study On The Supporting Effect Of Our Country's Rural Credit On Farmers' Income

This paper analyzes the mechanism of Rural credit's support to peasant income,and according to some theories,it puts forward to the method of determining level of Rural credit's support to peasant income.On the basis of analyzing current situation,the paper agrees that Rural credit really supports peasant income's increasing,and it determines the level of rural credit's real support to peasant income.The conclution is that effect of rural credit on farmers'income is little and different,that is ,the effect is larger in eastern country than in central and western country. Rural credit's little support to peasant income is attributable to rural credit's insufficient supply,loan structure and loan use,and this paper discusses these facters'concrete influence. Empirical analysis proves rural credit's little and different effect on farmers'income.This paper believes that the potential of rural credit's support to peasant income is large.And if the restricting factors are eliminated, rural credit's theoretical support to peasant income will come true fully. Policy proposals on how to promote rural credit's support to farmer income are also referred.This is its small innovation,Few of existing papers give theoretical analysis to rural credit's effect on peasant income,and nobody puts forward to the method of determining level of rural credit's support to peasant income.They draw the conclution that rural credit' s effect on peasant income is little only on the basis of current situation.The paper recognizes rural credit's theoretical support to peasant income,and then linking the realities and using the method of determining level of rural credit's support to peasant income,it decides level of rural credit's support to peasant income.So it's conclution is credible,and it's thread is strictly logical. Espically, the method of determining level of rural credit's support to peasant income is its small innovation. In addition,the existing papers give either total empirical analysis or regional empirical analysis to influence of rural credit on farmers'income. In this paper, not only have total empirical analysis and regional empirical analysis of influence of rural credit on farmers'income been given, but the author uses different models in the two kinds of empirical analysis. This method of research makes a distinction between this paper and other papers which study correlation between rural credit and farmers'income.
