Result is demonstrated:Xinjiang farmers'Per capita loan is not the farmers'per capita incomes of Granger cause,but Xinjiang farmers' per capita income is the Granger cause of Xinjiang farmers' Per capita loan.Also then the increase of Xinjiang rural loan have no a notable effect to Xinjiang farmers'income increase,explaining that developement of Xinjiang rural finance have no obvious promoting effect to the farmer income increase, but based on actual data over the years demonstration studying,with the increase Xinjiang rural loan year by year, promoting the effect of farmer income increase is obvious.At the same time,by demonstration studying,this text also verified that developmentof Xinjiang rural finance is restricted, and on the basis putting forward with the development Xinjiang rural finance which promotes the suggestion of Xinjiang farmer income increase,and putting forward correspond suggestion to Xinjiang rural finance reformatio: Increasing the supporting strength of the agricultural loan to Xinjiang farmer income increase is both accelerate rural finance reform step and improve the rural area credit environment,cut down rural loan degree of difficulty,enlarge the support dynamics of government to rural finance,conscientiously, introduction competitive system.both simultaneous to overall achievement effect ofrural area banking institution,and bring about turning point for enlarging agriculturalloan investment,is the important breach to enlarge agricultural loan increasing farmerincomes.
