The Influence Of Standardized Production To The Development Of Ginkgo Industry In Pizhou

By using standardization principles and industry economics theories, the paper is to study the influence of standardized production to the development of Ginkgo industry, which is based on the experience accumulated in the "National Standardized Ginkgo Demonstration Zone in Pizhou". One purpose is to make a discussion on the next step for the flourished agricultural standardization work in Xuzhou City, even Jiangsu Province. Over the period of promoting quality and safety of primary agricultural products and industrial restructuring has reached a high platform, how to better services for the "three rural" should be carefully explored. Second is that on the basis of summing up experience we further make the efficient use of standardized means to promote industrialization and scale of agricultural production. We should extract the essence of stages experience in order to better guide the work of agricultural standardization in-depth. Thirdly, the article analyzes the case of the Ginkgo agricultural standardization work in Pizhou, to identify how to promote the agricultural industrialization by agriculture standardization.In the year of 2004, "National Agricultural Standardization Ginkgo Demonstration Zone in Pizhou", approved by Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China, took the implementation in Pizhou. After three years of running, it has made the acceptance of National Standardization Administration P.R. China in November 2006. During the 3-year implementation, the demonstration zone completed establishment of the ginkgo standard systems, promotion of the project implementation and certification of production quality, accessing to a complete set of experiences, which has achieved economic benefits and social ones as well.This paper is structured as follows: it is divided into six parts. Chapter One is the introduction in which questions are made forward. The agricultural standardization of domestic and international, agriculture industries theoretical and empirical research results are also introduced in this part, with research objectives and content and brief text of the framework this thesis. Chapter Two discusses the standardization principles and the applications. This chapter describes classical and modern standardization, and standardized forecast, explaining the principles of standardization. Chapter Three is about the basic principles of the industrialization, with the description of the course of industries development, and the association between the industry construction and the industries themselves, noting the impact of industrial policy on the industry organizations. Chapter Four: agricultural standardization system. In this chapter there are the standards system of agricultural standardized system, promoting system, detection systems, authentication system and the legal system, introducing the agricultural standardization information platform and a description of the composition of its roles. Chapter Five: Ginkgo standardized production and the industrial chain in Pizhou. With the above principles and on the basis of the example "National Agricultural Standardization Ginkgo Demonstration Zone in Pizhou ", this chapter makes the presentation of the Pizhou Ginkgo Standardized Industry, some part of ginkgo products and technical standards, and overviews the promotion of standardized production, the establishment of detection platform and of the agricultural standardization information platform and their functions. Chapter Six is the conclusion of the thesis. There is conclusion that the standardized production influences the agricultural industry, and the suggestions for next step are proposed for agricultural standardization.The conclusion of this thesis is that the standardization production promotes the industrialized development of agricultural, accelerating the agricultural efficiency and raising farmers' incomes.
