Study On The Construction Of Baoji Tobacco Standardization Demonstration Zone And Extension Of The Comprehensive Supporting System

Standardization is to formulate, publish and implement the standards of the repetitivethings and concepts in economy, technology, management and other social practice, in orderto achieve unity and obtain the best order and social benefits. Agricultural standardizationrefers to the standardization activities for the agriculture. Tobacco standardization is a part ofagricultural standardization; it came into its own with the particularity of the industry. It is aninevitable requirement to establish tobacco standard system through combining with theactual situation, thus the overall level of tobacco production and farmers’ income can beimproved, and tobacco market order can be standard in the meantime. Therefore, this studyfocus on the construction of Baoji tobacco standardization demonstration zone, andpromoting the comprehensive system combined with author’s working practices.Based on standardized theory, this paper expounds the construction practice of Baojitobacco standardization demonstration zone, and make standard system covers all productioncontrol and management process. From three aspects of infrastructure, technology andsoftware supporting, the author established an integrated supporting system. Promotingmeasures are put forward after summarized and evaluated the construction performance.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:（1） Make comprehensive standard system covers all production control andmanagement process of Baoji tobacco.（2）Established an integrated supporting system from three aspects of infrastructure,technology and software supporting.（3）Extensions are put forward after summarized and evaluated the constructionperformance.
