Studies On The Denelopment Of Agricultural In Dustrialization In Yichang

China is a great agricultural country,and its agricultural population covers majority of the national population.The problems of agriculture,countryside and peasantry are important ones influencing the overall situation of China's reform,opening and modernization.Since theThird Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,the double management system based on household contract management has been carrried out in rural areas in China.It has greatly aroused the farmers' enthusiasm,so agriculture and rural economy have developed fast,and tremendous achievements have been acquired.However,with the deepening of reform,some deep-going contradictions and problems have arisen in the course of development of agriculture and rural economy.To solve these contradictions and problems,Chinese farmers gradually groped out a new model of agricultural industrialization management,with Chinese characteristics.This new management model has shortly manifested exuberant vitality since it emerged,and has greatly promoted the progress of agriculture and rural economy.Practice proves that agricultural integration has been the breach of the advance and reform of Chinese agriculture economy,and a well-off effective way for famers to make fortune.It's not only the basic way to develop Chinese agriculture,the basic management model of market agriculture,but also the important way to promote agricultural modernization.However,the development of agricultural integration under our country's specific environment still has some restriction factors,such as the market economy system isn't perfect,the benefit-joint mechanism of agricultural integration is not consummate, peasant household's anti-risk ability is weak,and main enterprise's impetus ability and its competitive power is not strong and so on.At the same time,under the background of that China has joined the World Trade Organization,our agricultural economy which is still in the weak trend may unavoidably be impacted by the import of international agricultural product,which has already been the mature industrial production management.Under this kind of background,if we want to make further promote to our rural economy,raise farmer's income level,alleviate series of contradictions between the city and countryside in developing process,it urgently awaits us to study thoroughly under the premise of respects the market economy rule,strengthen governmental function in supporting and guiding agriculture integration,in order to constitute policy,create the environment and provide the good service.This thesis first introduces the elementary theory of agricultural integration,then embarks from the angle of industry life,system transition and competion superiority,to analyze theoretical base of existence and development about the agricultural integration. In the foundation of having grasped the elementary theory,we concentrate on mechanism of agricultural integration.Through the mechanism of input,benefits,and constraint,we summarize the internal relationship among them.Combined with the authers'job,the essay analyzes the histroy and current situation of Yi Chang city,and integrates building a new socialist countryside,and researches the city to promote agricultural integration.At last,the essay makes practical analysis on the features,problems and reform target and thoughts of agricultural industrialization development of Yichang City based on practices.Besides the introduction,this article is divided into four chapters altogether.The main content and the viewpoint of each chapter states as follows:The first chapter is "the elementary theory of agricultral industrialization".It elaborated the theoretical basis of agricultral industrializatio,intergrating transaction fee theory,scale economy theory,social division of labor and coordination of work,industrial organization theory and analyzing evidence of emergence and existance of agricultral industrialization.Then it gives a detailed examination through the mechanism of input, benefits,and constraint,and makes a conclusion that they're not isolated units but influencing and constraining each other.The second chapter is "the histroy and current situation of agricultral industrialization in Yi Chang city".It introduces the survey of agricultral resources and the histroy and current situation of agricultral industrialization in Yi Chang.There are three stages in the development of agricultral industrialization,such as spontaneous groping,Innovation of theory and practice,and Rapid improving.Now,the city has reached a high level of leading enterprises,fast development of agriculture product base, main productions,and high quality of agricultural products,enhancing the level of intensive farming,and standardization.The third chapter is "building a new socialist countryside and agricultral industrialization in Yi Chang city".In this chapter,we analyze the necessity of agricultral industrialization in building a new socialist countryside in Yi Chang city.For example, expanding the advantage and special industries,enlarging and strengthening the leading enterprises,enhancing the market competitiveness of agricultural products,and so on.The fourth chapter is "the basic ideas about the development of agriculture industrialization in Yi Chang city".This chapter has first analyzed the situation of Yi Chang's country's agriculture industrialization at present and the necessity to be reformed. Then following the principle of objective and reality,we proposed the basic principle and the mentality for agriculture industrialization reform in Yi Chang.Finally,it proposed the main measures of agriculture industrialization.
