The Compared Study On The Different Of Regional Agriculture Industrialization Management In Fujian Province

Agriculture industrialization management plays an important role in the social new rural reconstruction of west side of the straits; it is significant for propelling the construction of modern agriculture, innovation of agricultural management system, full play of the agriculture infrastructure supporting effect. Having tightly integrated the agriculture industrialization management, the strategic adjustment of the structure of agriculture and village economy, developing county economy, prospering the agriculture with science and education, project spurring strategy, further openness to the world and cooperation between the mountainous areas and the coastal areas together, Fujian Province has achieved significant results by taking a series of effective measures and pushing forward the development of agriculture industrialization management. However, from the viewpoint of developing situations in all the cities and rural areas of Fujian province, the apparent difference of the regional development level has displayed the uneven regional development. Thus, proceeding from the theory and practice of agriculture industrialization, studying and evaluating the index of agriculture industrialization and understanding the real cause of the difference of the regional development level have a strong realistic meaning to propelling the coordinated development of Fujian Agriculture industrialization.The author has built an Agricultural Industrialization Development Evaluation System in this text combined with the connotation, purpose and principle of agricultural industrialization on the basis of previous evaluating ways. The level of agricultural industrialization in 9 cities of Fujian will be evaluated comprehensively in this text, which combined with the real situation of every area on the existing data. The author thinks the levels of agricultural industrialization are different and there are obvious discrepancies on Industry Foundation, Industrial Matching, Industrial Scale, Industrial Benefit, Unified Industrial Management, Industrial Technology Innovation, and Industrial Overall Strength. The author also finds the levels of agricultural industrialization are higher in the Southeastern Coastal Areas of Fujian Province than that of the Northwest Mountain Area of Fujian Province. Next, a deep analysis will be given in this text on the reason of level discrepancy of each city, and there are objective and subjective reasons of that. The objective reason is that the difference of the Natural Resource and Area Condition while subjective reason is that the difference of Policy Support Force, Market Situation, Human Capital, Science and Technology Ability and Export-oriented Economy. Finally, there will be related suggestions in this text on how to reduce the agricultural industrialization discrepancies of each city and push the coordination development.This study argues that relocating the thought of developing Fujian regional agriculture industrialization should be directed by the rural coordinated development, based upon the real situations of regions and integrated with the progression of urbanization of countryside and rural industrialization, and the regional agriculture industrialization should be pushed forward in the coordinated course of innovation of mechanics and resource interaction. The upper development level area should strengthen the status of leading industry to promote the development level of industry, and form development polar to drive the development of uncultured areas.The laggard areas should reinforce the economic contact and cooperation with outside, promote technology innovation capability, perfect Interests Binding Mechanism, and improve the capacity of labors, increase the support of government etc. to push the industrialization of agriculture and narrow the disparities with developed areas.
