Schedule management is very important in the process of implementing in project contract. Traditional Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Management (CPM) network programming method have many defects on the project schedule management application. Resource constraint and human's behavior factor are not considered, as well as it's difficult to overcome multi-task and uncertainty factor's affect in the course of implementing. Moreover critical chain management is provided to solve above problems. Research on project schedule management based on the critical chain both has the important practice significance, and has the theory's forward development significance.In this paper, the critical chain method is introduced to project schedule management aiming to the existent issues that working procedure is estimated too long, project delaying. Students' syndrome, Parkinson's law and Murphy's law. Critical Chain has been successful used in many enterprises and academies attach great importance to it since it's proposed in 1997. By studying the critical chain in the project schedule management, adopting Heuristic Algorithms based on priority rules to generate schedule to define the Critical Chain. Through contracting and analyzing existing account methods for buffer time on the critical chain, find out their own advantages and disadvantages. Aiming at their disadvantages, a new arithmetic method is proposed. By an example contracting and analyzing the new arithmetic method with existing methods prove to the new arithmetic method's advantage. Finally the critical chain method's concrete implementation steps in the project schedule management are proposed by studying, analyzing, summarizing and improving existing references. How to design and realize project schedule management system's plan based on the critical chain is studied.Above research results have actual reference value and academic significance for holding on the schedule exactly and ensuring the project finished on time in the course of implementing to manage to achieve each goal smoothly. And the actualizing foundation is offered for critical chain more widespread application on computer technique.
