With the development of the Space industry, especially for the Space Electronic assembly Enterprise, the contradictions in the project schedule management made by expanding scale of the project and more sophisticated project are being emerged. The original project schedule management mode is not to innovate and develop with the rapid development of modern technology and science. So, how to shorten the production cycle of electronic assembly effectively has the important meaning for maintaining and improving the project management level in the given period.Currently, the theory of project management system has been formed and improved gradually. According to the characteristics of electronic assembly industry and the needs of the project management, many domestic scholars has to do some relevant research about how to improve the project schedule control used by the different technology methods.The highlighted contradiction and real management of the project schedule management (PSM) in aerospace electronic assembly in China has been studied and listed as followed:1. This thesis research the characteristics and rules in PSM of our country aerospace electronic assembly enterprises. Establishing venture systems for quantity production on the basic knowledge of the PSM mentioned above. The effects of batch production should be analyzed and quantitative assessed via fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Plus, countermeasures of risk-measuring project in each project need elaborating.2. Analyzing the shortcomings of traditional PSM, and making comparison between critical path and critical chain. Then structuring critical path method-based electronic assembly schedule management model. Putting forward to the best designed PSM, including recognition of critical path, setting and management of buffering areas. The new PSM is featuring on the unit styles of projects, utilizing software called Microsoft Project to re-set the way to calculate new buffering areas of uncertain effects on elastic coefficient factors and their positions in this field.3. Taking one typical production plan of aircraft for example. The usage of the critical path method to optimize and compare with the result of this item proven to be effective.Through this study, Author systematic sorting out the existing contradictions and defects in the aspect of controlling the project progress at aerospace electronics assembly enterprise. Choose great applicability technology methods for the enterprise to build the project schedule control model, and offer improvement programs will to provide decision support and reference for the project schedule control.
