Research On Strategy Of Using Technology Spillover Of FDI To Develop Circular Economy Of China

Rapid development of economy brings about increasingly severe environmental problems. The government of our country has put forward that China should insist on following the path of sustainable development and strive to achieve the strategic objective of harmonious development of economic growth, social advancement and environmental protection. Development of circular economy is one of the approaches to achieve sustainable development and also a measure of environmental protection.FDI is generally regarded as the main resource to promote the knowledge and technology of developing countries. With the investment of multinational corporations which have advanced technology and large amount capital, China would make up for the technical gap, talent gap and R&D ability in building the system of circular economy and accelerate its development.Since the utilization of the technology spillover of FDI to promote the development of circular economy in our country has only begun in recent years, the relevant theory is immature. The existing literatures home and abroad mainly focused on the description of phenomenon, little on in-depth study. Through analyzing the building of the microstructure and area structure of circular economy, this paper separately researches on the effect of FDI in promoting the microcosmic and area level of circular economy theoretically and realistically. To solve the existing problems in utilizing FDI, the paper points out the kinds of the popular FDI and put forward some specific policies.
