| Decision Support System (DSS) has developed since 1970's, which is based on Management Information System(MIS). DSS is a computer application system based on modern information technology, which help decision-maker with man-machine conversation way to make the semi-structured decision-making or unstructured decision-making by data, models, knowledge, etc. Now DSS is one of research hotspots of information field. During the process of decision support, Model Base has played a decisive role and is considered as the core of DSS . High efficient and reasonable Model Base System is the key for DSS to practicality and success. Because the models in DSS have many kinds and change frequently, this paper mainly studies the designment and application of optimizational models in Synthetic Evaluation Decision Support System.Actual synthetic evaluation means mainly have the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the Principle Component Analysis, the Composite Index, the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation, the Artificial Neural Network(ANN), etc. On the basis of studying Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation and ANN, which use more often at present, this paper put out the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model based on GA-BP. The result of experimentation shows that the model built in this paper is better than the others. Concretely, the paper outlines relative theories and technologies of Synthetic Evaluation Decision Support System. Then it studies Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation , Neural Network and Genetic Algorithm. In allusion to the request and character of enterprise synthetical strength, the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation based on GA-BP model is built. This model is based on Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation of which weight vector is obtained by training NN, and accelerates the training of network by GA pre-study. At last, the article compares and analyses this model's capability and effects with the Synthetic Evaluation based on BP Neural Network model's in detail. Through example demonstration, the ways are effective to evaluate enterprise synthetical strength. And the comparation result shows that the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation based on GA-BP model is more reasonable. |
