The commercial market called Bazaar that Urumqi of Xinjiang with national culture characteristic has already been the centre of culture and commerce in Urumqi over the past three years. It attracts people to visit with its unique glamour, and it is no doubt that as a trade market and travel for visitors, it's very successful.From the angle of ethnology, this paper explains culture and economic value created by large Bazaar by fieldwork data and material which was gotten by launching the investigation through the market and travel.The first part of paper is a relevant research situation about international Bazaar of UrumqiThe second part of paper is that talking about the culture of Bazaar by the commercial tradition of the Uygur nationality.The third part of paper annotates Bazaar of Urumqi as the international market by goods, businessman, customer, market management.The fourth part of paper probes into the travel value of international Bazaar of UrumqiThe fifth part introduces the influence of international Bazaar on three respects of relation among local economic , cultural and national.The last part concludes the way to success of international Bazaar.
