At the same time, the govern pattern of familyenterprise is divided into three kinds, and it has carried on the thorough analysis to itscharacteristic and validity. Through the above comparative analysis, according to the principleof building the govern pattern, and the efficiency boundary research affecting the familyenterprise system choice, it proposes that based on enterprise life cycle theory, building governpattern adapted family enterprise individuality development, and providing optional route andmethod for the family enterprise govern system.
