The Research On The Operation Status And The Improvement Countermeasure About The Ecological Agriculture

The agricultural resource and the environment pressure are getting bigger and bigger because of the development of modern agriculture. Therefore, how to solute the contradictions between the quality and the production of the agricultural products, the economic growth and the environmental resource protection will be a long-term and arduous task." Ecological agriculture" is a new system of agricultural production, which includes the modernization of agriculture into an ecological and rational track, and then realizes the agricultural sustainable development. This article wants to understand the operate condition of "the ecological agriculture optimization pattern" and the evaluation and the satisfaction to the patterns, through the questionnaire survey and interviews to 100 farmer households in Wudaoling Village, Yun County, Shiyan City and Hubei Province which implemented the "ecological agriculture optimization pattern "in 1992. And then we offer the theory and practical experience to promote "the ecological agriculture optimization pattern" in the country.This article has five parts. The first part is meanly about the research background, purpose and meaning, domestic and foreign research and the research design. The second part details the overview of the study area, and then analyzes the investigation sample. The third part is the empirical research. In this part we want to understand changes of effectiveness and the problems and reasons the operate condition in the pattern, through investigate and analysis to the operate condition of the six "ecological agriculture optimization patterns" in Wudaoling Village, Yun County. Finally, we conclude the empirical researches. The fourth part put forward the countermeasure proposals to perfect "the ecological agriculture optimization pattern" in Wudaoling Village, Yun County. The main conclusion is that firstly we should try to enhance the farmers' income, the ecological benefit and the social efficiency through the propaganda, education and training. Secondly, we should improve the development plan of ecological agriculture in order to provide the strategic security to "the ecological agriculture optimization pattern". Thirdly, we should strengthen the support of government in order to perfect the policy support system of ecological agriculture. Fourthly, we should establish technology system of ecological agriculture in order to provide the technical support to "the ecological agriculture optimization pattern". Lastly, we should enlarge promoted dynamics of "the ecological agriculture optimization pattern" to advance the industrial production of ecological agriculture. The fifth part concludes the study and points out the inadequacies of the study.This article has two innovations. (1) In research methods, we have a specific analysis to six "the ecological agriculture optimization pattern" in Wudaoling Village through the questionnaire survey and interviews to 100 farmer households, and then we have the conclusions of empirical research. (2) In the research content, we have the focus research to the appraisal, satisfaction, actual effect, existence prominent question and the improvement suggested about the interviewed farmers who have adopted the "ecological agriculture optimization pattern", in order to improve the "ecological agriculture optimization pattern" and then promote Sustainable agricultural development.
