Evaluation On Pattern Of Recyclable Agriculture Economics And Its Suggestions In The Tian Shui

Recycling Agricultural Economy is a new mode of agricultural development. By reducing the use of resources and using agricultural wastes, it can improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural resources, so as to protect the environment and improve the efficiency of the agricultural economy as well. Most provinces in southern China have set up different types of recycling agriculture economic models and achieved significant results, but due to differences in natural environments and social development, the models can not be copied in Gansu province where the climate conditions are various in different parts. For example, in Tianshui the weather is rather temperate which is completely different from the northern part of this province and it makes the development of its agriculture easier. However, although Tianshui, as the national first batch of recycling agriculture demonstration area, has gradually established its own recycling agriculture economic model and related policy system, there are stil many problems which have limited the sustainable development of its recycling agriculture economy. This research, based on the literature method, method of data collection and investigation, analyzes the present situation of recyclabling agriculture economy in Tianshui and evaluates the performance of existing recycling agriculture economy model, then mines common problems, andputs forward corresponding countermeasures. It will greatly help the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture economy in Tianshui. The main results achieved include:1. A systematic analysis of the current situation of recycling agriculture economy in Tianshui is made. In doing so, it has found that in Tianshui, related policy system of agriculture economy has been established; The construction of demonstration garden has been generally completed. A prototype has been set and with a sound market system, its own economic system has been formed. However, a scientific idea has not been fully set up yet, technical and financial supports are lacked, and related policies and regulations need great improvement. All these have restricted the sustainable development in this area.2. It has given a general demonstration of the models of recycling agriculture economy in Tianshui which involves mainly the comprehensive utilization of agricultural wastes, ecological agriculture and recycling which features the second level recycling. Based on this situation, the author puts forward a third level recycling in Tianshui, a model which tries to achieve a dynamic integration of planting, breeding and processing.3. Countermeasures for the sustainable development of recycling agriculture economy in Tianshui are put forward which include:firstly, to intensify the propaganda of related policies and achievements; secondly, to accelerate the industrialization of agriculture; thirdly, to perfect the market system of recycling agriculture economy; fourthly, to support leading enterprises to establish large-scale agricultural production bases; the fifth, to establish a scientific profit mechanism and restraint mechanism; the sixth, to make policies and laws more helpful to the improvement of recycling agriculture economy; the seventh, to increase the capital support for the recycling agriculture economy; the eighth, to establish a standard system for recycling agriculture economy; lastly, to strengthen the government’s leading.
