For these years,China has made a good development,especially after join into the WTO.The foreign companies are come into China,and every fields competed harder and harder.as the same condition,the fields of calculator are facing many challenge,these years the market of calculator in China growth fast,,the foreign companies like HP,CASIO,CANON,TI,SHARP are all come to China to get some market ratio.In China,there are many little calculator companies,they make out hundreds of calculator brands,the competing is very bad.Broadwin company mainly sells calculator,the brands include HP,CANON and BY,in the beginning,the outstanding achievement of calculator is very good,but for these years the sale of calculator is becoming stagnation and blocked the development of Broadwin.I researched these phenomenon by MBA manage theoretics such as GE matrix,five-factor model,and after annlyse we find the customer satisfaction is a very important factor for calculator market,so we should make a good marketing strategy to fit Broadwin.And also the outcome will be benefit for the fields of calculator.
