Research On The Coastal Tourism Development Supervision Systems Of Guangdong

Coastal tourism resources are an important component of public resources. Its characteristics decides that the development must ensure the public to obtain the "public welfare", and it also requires higher sustainable development. Recently, the development of coastal tourism in Guangdong is facing with many problems, for example, resources and environment are seriously damaged, tourism activities needs more security supervision, public interest is neglected in some extent. To deal with these various problems, it is urgently needed to establish a scientific and effective supervision system.By analyzing the characteristics of the coastal tourism resources, this paper starts from the government regulation of public interest theory and the theory of sustainable development, proposes that we should strengthen the supervision of the coastal tourism development activities. This dissertation starts with analysis of present monitoring situation, according to the existing problems and its reasons of coastal Tourism Development monitoring in Guangdong, based on in-depth research of information and expert advice , fully absorbs foreign supervision experience of coastal tourism development, uses sustainable development theory, theory of public resources and government regulation theory, establishes an effective coastal tourism development supervision system, including organizational system, object system, the legal system and technology system, and then constructs a model of supervision evaluation.
