Study On The Interactive Relationship Between Enterprise Evolution On Multi-dimensions And Evolution On Knowledge Platform

Theories of enterprise evolution on multi-dimensions and whole life cycle of knowledge based on the achievements were focused on in this thesis that former experts have reached. The relationship between enterprise evolution on multi-dimensions and whole life cycle of knowledge was discussed. Three sections were included in this thesis: theoretical discussion, empirical research and study conclusion.In the theory discussion part, theories achievements about enterprise evolution and life cycle of knowledge were firstly summarized in this thesis, secondly main problems of those theories were listed. In view of which the author has built the leading thought in the thesis, then corresponding theoretical hypothesizes were proposed and the theoretical model was built.In empirical research part, according to the quantitative study by the SPSS tool on 184 questionnaires in 16 high technology enterprises in seven cities including Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Foshan, Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha and Hangzhou, the hypotheses were largely supported. After this step, the main research conclusions were drawn: three levels of whole life cycle (superiority technology, internal soft environment management, information system integration rate) showed positive significant relationships with three dimensions (accumulation creation level knowledge, the microscopic key-course knowledge, the macroscopic key-course knowledge) of enterprise evolution.In the end, the research results of this thesis were summarized, then some opinions and suggestions were proposed in view of enterprises. Finally the insufficiency and the futurology direction were listed respectively.
