This paper discusses the evolution of the knowledge flow about the industrial cluster innovation network based on the life cycle.On the basis of discussing the evolution mechanism of the industrial cluster innovation network and its relevant knowledge flow process,firstly,the industrial cluster innovation network is abstracted into a scale-free network in a complex network,and a BA model of innovative network evolution is constructed.Secondly,the MATLAB tool is used to simulate the evolution of the industrial cluster innovation network,and four sets of parameters are set to simulate the formation,growth,maturity and decline phases of the industrial cluster innovation network.Research indicates:(1)With the development of the network,innovation subjects continuously join the innovation network and select the network subject with a large breadth of knowledge flow or with the core innovation ability,and meanwhile,the core nodes with high connectivity are gradually emerging.Moreover,the knowledge flow breadth of the core nodes and the other innovation subjects present different characteristics in different stages of network development.The core nodes' knowledge flow breadth is relevantly lower on the formation period,and the core nodes' knowledge flow breadth further increases with the network scale.The value of the flow breadth is further increased,while the other innovation subjects with the lower knowledge flow breadth account for a larger proportion in the whole network,and the overall proportion shows an increasing trend.(2)Knowledge flow efficiency presents a U-shaped change law,and the tightness of network connection is basically synchronized with the change of knowledge flow efficiency and simultaneously rises or falls.(3)In the beginning of network evolution,knowledge flow efficiency will not change with the size of the value network.After the network turns to be mature,increasing the probability of acquiring new partners can effectively improve the efficiency of knowledge flow.Finally,it points out the enlightenment to innovative enterprises and the government's policy recommendations.In the era of knowledge economy,the industrial cluster innovation network is a new organizational model for knowledge flow and information sharing between organizations and achieving organizational value creation and value acquisition.The in-depth analysis of the characteristics of each stage of its development is not only for enterprise innovation activities.The implementation provides a certain operational reference and reference,and the government can also make different policy choices and strategic responses according to the knowledge flow and evolution characteristics of different stages of the industrial cluster to promote the sustainable development of the industrial cluster innovation network.
