This paper is committed to the theoretical and practical study, which proposes that implementing brand strategy must highlight the initial stage of Guangzhou brand, the characteristics of the times, and Guangzhou reality. Implementation of brand strategy must achieve the " four combinations", that is, the combination of theory and practice, the combination of world and country, the combination of nation and region, and the combination of total effects in Guangzhou and brand enterprises. The study fully abide by the principle of overall situation, strategy, foresightedness, practicality, and promotion. The study also explore the problems wholly, strategically and farsightedly ,and does observations with comparative analysis method. The paper, bases on the reality of implementing brand strategy, analyzes and processes data by applying scientific methods with the purpose that the problem is studied in a deep and thorough way to achieve reliable results and values for practice and promotion.Through four months of investigation, research, reorganization, the study finds out the status and major problems of implementing brand strategy, as well as the distance between Guangzhou and typical countries and cities. The paper proposes the countermeasures of advancing implementation of brand strategy of enterprises in Guangzhou . In this foundation, Guangzhou brand association, evaluation index system of Guangzhou enterprises implementing brand strategy , as well as the ways and methods of evaluating the effects of implementing are supposed to established in a targeted manner,...
