Analyses Of Existing And Development Strategies On Non-governmental Credit In Western China

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of CPC, China has made rapid development in its economy, particularly, the long-time suppressed private economy made remarkable achievements, which takes up more great proportion and plays a much more important role; enterprising men make great effort to catch chances. Usually, the official credit organization only offer loans to traditional large-scale heavy manufacturing instead of private enterprises, many of the private enterprises are disqualified to get loans, the uneven supply and demand midwifery non-governmental credit.Non-governmental credit is non-governmental activity and organization which divorces from official credit supervision and control to meet the demand of loans from private enterprises. On one hand, it provides exceptional convenience and flexibility for economy development, mitigates the imbalance between demand and supply of loans, promotes the economic and social development, which we can see from the rapid economy development in east coast region of China .On the other hand, it also difficult to develop private credit because of lack of supervision and legal status.Given this background, the paper make detailed analysis to the current situation of the nongovernmental credit, especially how to effect the economy in west China.The thesis analyzes the current situation of non-governmental credit in Western China on its extent, both side of supply and demand, interest, allotted time and dealing methods, taking the county of Tongxin and Yanchi in Ningxia province and the county of Puan in Guizhou province as examples. Then the thesis explains the effect of non-governmental credit on the economy in Western China basing on the analysis above. At the end of the thesis, the author gives the development strategies of non-governmental credit, including governmental legislation, national regulation, learning other experience, making use of religions and culture of Western China.Briefly speaking, we can get the good of the private credit and suggest a better way for the development of private credit in western China by the study of the private credit in western China. Then, we can integrate the official and nongovernmental credit to meet the development of the economy.
