As the service industry, marketing competitiveness of the banks is extremely important which is the most direct performance about the overall competitiveness of the banking business. With gradually opening up of financial markets in China and the fierce market competition, development of foreign banks faces a more complicated situation in China.This article is based on this reality and urgency and proposes key issues of assessable studies of foreign banks marketing competitiveness of the in China. Based on the papers on the research background of domestic and foreign scholars in related fields, Summed up the papers of several basic theory (theory and evaluation of the competitiveness of banks marketing management theory), this paper defined the research papers and the basic premise of the concept.On the basis of integrated marketing, finance, economics and other related disciplines, the paper analysis foreign banks by SWOT method with China's foreign banking industry facing opportunities and threats, internal strengths and disadvantages, and describe accurately picture of foreign banks in China's development, and discuss the basic sources and unique character of marketing competitiveness of the foreign banking in China, "heterogeneity of enterprises" as the basic theory Assumptions, constructed in line with China's actual foreign capital of the banking industry marketing competitiveness of the evaluation of the banking system.
