Analysis On The Government Effect In The Development Of Industry Cluster In Changshu

Industry cluster, a new organization modality, is not only conducive to the organization development through decreasing costs, improving efficiency and building competitiveness but also accelerate the growth of local economy harmoniously and healthily through optimizing industrial layout, technical and human resource.This study expatiates synthetically on the evolution and characteristics of industry cluster and the effort that the government provides to push the development of industry cluster. Based on that, this study focuses on the development of industry cluster at Changshu and the local government support to it as well. Through encouraging innovation, optimizing resources, building agency service, consummating security system, the government of Changshu pushes the development of industry cluster and makes outstanding achievements. In the other hand, the further development of industry cluster at Changshu still faces some obstacles due to the incomplete supporting system.This study takes Changshu International Costume Center for example to explain the impact of government in the development of industry cluster and proposes political advice for the government to accelerate the development of industry cluster.
