Study On County Economic Development Model In An Yang County

In November 2002,the conception of "county" and "county economy" was first written into the Party's literature.Chinese economy was focus on the city economy over 20 years which is entering into the stage of focusing on country economy.The development of county economy will become the third stage character of the economic development since Chinese Reform and Opening Up.This article based on the related study of domestic and abroad county economy and mature theoretical results.To take the combined of theroy analysis and actul study and other methods.First of all,we analysis the development model of counties(cities) economic in city of An Yang.And innovatively put forward the model of "Trinity of Industry+Labor+ Tourism"in city of Lin Zhou,the model of "Industrial county" in An Yang,the model of" Location merchants+Industrialization of agriculture-led" in country of Tang Yin,the model of" 1+N " in Hua county,and" characteristics of the agricultural-led model "in county of Nei Huang which was existed in the economic development of An Yang.On this basis,the country economic development of city of An Yang has been studied, and point out the issues of the current constraints development of country economic in An Yang:Firstly,the overall strength is relatively low;Secondly,the imbalance between eastern and western development;thirdly,the status quo of industrial is worried;fourthly,the highlight contradictions of revenue and expenditure;fifthly,the role of investment-led is weakly;sixthly,the concentrated effect of small towns is not strong;seventhly,the lack support of technical personnel.Accordingly,the policy options of An Yang County's economic development are proposed:The first is to put the development of county economy in a more important position;The second is to focus on the development of new countryside,and promote the adjustment of country's economic structure;Thirdly,persist in taking a new industrialization road;The fourth is to establish the concept of business cities and towns;Fifthly,do a good job of persistent econornic investment and services;Sixthly,we go all out to develop non-public economy; Seventhly.the reform and innovation of county financial system;The Eighth is to improve the develop environment of the county economy.
