The Research Of County Economic Development In Linfen City

China’s "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and the eighth session of the Third Plenary emphasis on enhancing the vitality of the county’s economic development. Therefore, accelerating the development of county economy of Linfen is not only one of the most urgent task and goal currently, but also an important task of accelerating the construction of a well-off society and modernization. The eighteen meeting of the party puts forward to accelerate the realization of the grand goal that building a moderately prosperous society. The most fundamental problem to achieve the comprehensive construction of a well-off society is to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Only these problems are solved can Linfen county has a rapid economic development, which accounting for88.7%of the land area,66.1%of the population size of Linfen city, and it can build a solid foundation for the realization of a comprehensive well-off society.Based on the relevant theory of the regional economy and county economy, this paper makes the overall analysis to the county economy development of Linfen, which is the research of the status and the present situation of Shanxi Province, then it shows that there is a good trend of economic increasing in the process of development of county economy of Linfen, provides a strong guarantee for the steady development of counties. But in the process of overall analysis of economic county in Linfen City, there has many issues like total economy difference is too large, lack of support specialty products, irrational economic structure, a single dominant industry, the industrial enterprises above designated size tends to loss of economic benefits, the quality of finance income is not high, the urbanization level is not high, the overall ecological environment etc. This paper also makes the advantages and potential analysis of Linfen City. According to the resources and other reasons,17counties of Linfen city are divided into three types: resource counties, agriculture counties and poor counties. For each type of the county, it makes a detailed analysis on site, industrial development and economic development and puts forward the problem of its development, explores the development path of each type. In the overall development of Linfen county economy, the county should highlight its characteristics, enhance the competitiveness of the region, optimize the industrial structure, speed up urban construction, strengthen financial strength, promote the development of modern agricultural technology demonstration park, create high-quality city ecological environment, take the road of low-carbon economy, to speed up the fast and healthy development of overall economic of Linfen city.
