The stock reform of china agricultural bank which is one of the main state-owned business banks is undergoing the period of financial restructure .But is the stock reform the good method to solve the problem of the state-owned banks? Many people hold suspicious , even negative attitudes. As far as I can see, entering the market is not fundmental to solve the state-owned banks, but a necessary factor at most. The reform of the state-owned banks is a systematic project, we have to drop a easy concept and firmly do solidly integrated work. And better the value-added ability of the bank is the solid foundation on the future china bank'survival and sustainable development.The paper focuses mainly on the value-added ability of the bank , It has four parts and explores the rural value-added activities.The first part is the introduction, it discusses the background and significance of the research. .It firstly introduces the change and development of both the domestic and abroad trend , and the significance of the banks'value-added ability. The second part is to introduce the innovative ability of the china agricultural bank. China agricultural bank is one of the four state-owned business banks, and is the main constitute of the whole china financial system, but it lacks the value-added ability, and is also the main reason to hinder the fast development. The third part is the core part , it is based on the theory of the value-chain, and analyzes the meaning of the value chain and the meaning of the internal and external value chain and their relations. And it analyzes the concrete ways to raise the value-added ability of the china banks in the resource-integrated aspect. Based on the theory of the value chain , the banks own resources from both the internal and external. The paper explores from the external value chain and raises the china agricultural bank'value-added , and from the external value chain-flow factor ,hr factor-to analyze the china agricultural bank'value-added ability. Finally, the fourth part raises some concrete measures to develop china agricultural bank'value-added ability from three aspects: build a integrated value, boost the operation efficiency and optimize hr management.
