| A new social policy requires not only a reasonable design on the system itself, but also improving and implementing of other relevant supporting policies. The design of the Enterprise pension system of China, as an important component of the Multilayer elderly Insurance System, is now maturing. But in the course of implementation it will always face all kinds of difficulties. The rights protection of beneficiaries should be involved with the improvement and development of the system. It requires the attention paid to and the improvement not only Enterprise pension system of China itself, but also its supporting systems, such as the tax system, the legislative norms, fund management and capital market operations, and other social policy role.This paper will be the beneficiaries of Enterprise pension perspective with some exploration analysis on it. First, the partition of rights and interests of parties involving in the system has been outlined. Based on the analyze of the contents and characteristics of the rights and interests of parties of the Enterprise pension system, and listed the rights and interests in detail, it's found that the system and management would lead to suffers and disadvantages to the rights and interests of beneficiaries to some degree. Secondly, based on the analyses in depth of the factors resulting to suffer and disadvantages, the current status of risks and losses is evaluated. Lastly, some related suggestion has been brought out, such as improvement on legislation and taxation policy, and bettering the guarantee or compensation system, followed by the outcomes and deficiency of the whole paper. |
