In recent years,in our country from traditional agricultural society to modern industrial society,from a homogeneous society to a heterogeneous society,from ethical society to legal society,the transition from planned economy to market economy,the social structure has undergone tremendous changes.Under this special background,the interests differentiation and imbalance are the main characteristics of the transformation of the social interest pattern.Especially the poor,in the enterprise and enterprise personnel in different groups of retirement pension level has been difficult to balance the proportion;at the same time,a considerable part of the level of pensions for retirees although adjusted every year,but still at a low level,and did not enjoy the rapid economic development of the social welfare pension rise the treatment of rights has become the focus of all kinds of rights in the event.Rights activists around the country frequently,has become one of the prominent contradictions of social stability and development.China's social development has entered a critical period,not only the key period of rapid economic development,but also a variety of uncoordinated factors and active period of social contradictions,the high risk of entering a period of profound changes in social structure and social contradiction intensified.In fact,a series of pension treatment rights events are the focus of various social problems in the period of social reform.In this paper,firstly,the coverage of the old-age insurance for the employees is taken as the object of investigation.Activists due to the survival of the crisis,the demand channel is not smooth,no appeal to the final identity of the formation of a step by step,resulting in frequent rights incidents.Firstly,this paper combs the typical cases of the pension treatment in the process of the integration of the pension insurance system from the micro level.It is found that the rights of the public are mainly focused on the following seven aspects: the unfair treatment of the elderly,the unknown identity,the payment base,the length of service,the number of contributions,the retirement age,the pension plan and so on.Mainly through the network rights,according to the law rights,violence and collective petition four ways.Then through quantitative analysis of individual characteristic variables part of pension rights means has influence,and respondents to the social risk subjective evaluation,system design defects of subjective evaluation,subjective evaluation and the credibility of the old-age insurance rights consciousness and the resources of the four factors of rights means the choice of influence.
