With the rising the standard of living of the civilians, sedans are available for more and more common families. The increase of demand on automobile to a large extent naturally promotes the development of the automobile service industry, resulting in automobile maintenance and take-care, fittings supply, curing and beautifying as well as reconstruction of automobile vigorously developing. how enterprises utilize resources inside more effectively while adapting to the constantly changeable external environment, and form their own competition advantages from the numerous and disorderly competition, which is the important problem that the enterprise administrators must face.Hainan Jianye Automobile Repair Company, as the automobile service enterprise with a certain scale in Hainan Province, has strong technical strength and rich industrial experience, however, confronted with the sincere market competition environment, if it wants to keep its legs on the market, it must make a good long-term planning. This paper, taking Hainan Jianye Automobile Repairing Company as the research object, starting with analysis of the competitive environment of automobile maintenance market, analyzes the marketing environment and operation mode of the company with the strategic analysis model such as PEST and SWOT. It makes clear the environmental situation and the main problems of Jianye Company, puts forward the strategy for the company to deal with the sincere market competition and determines the development direction and countermeasures in the future so as to make Jianye Company adapt the changes in the internal and external environment in time, raise the core competitive capability and strive for the large development in competition as well as set up good brand image and lay good foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise. All the suggestion above is based on theory, whether it iseffective or available need to be tested.Applying the case for teaching, Something that should be pointed out is that marketing and sales are veryuncertain. Different industries and corporations should take different strategy to adaptto concrete environment. The key factor is the management and creative ability ofcorporations, which determines whether a company can make development in thecompetition of the changing market. Hoping that this paper can be of help for Jianye company to raise the market competitiveness. Synchronously, the author also hopes that the analysis method aforesaid and improvement measures can also offer some reference to other automobile repair enterprises especially the independent middle and small sized automobile repair enterprises.
