Along with Internet starting in 1990s,"the business model"becomes the hot topic among the field and educational world. Looking from some angle, the development of China Internet nearly t0en years is the course which the business model unceasingly evolves. Web2.0 starting and web3.0 appearing, how to gets profit has become the key question of Internet enterprise survival and development. Internet has fully displayed the mass media dissemination function as the fourth media. Therefore, how the Internet enterprise gets profit and the business model should be the dissemination study by medium management research.This article revolves the evolvement of China Internet business model and has carried on the elaboration from five parts. After the introduction of the Internet business model research by the domestic economical management at present as well as the news dissemination domain to the medium ecology research, the first part briefly elaborates the research significance of the article. The second part is about the basic theory outline, elaborating the business model as well as our country Internet industry chain. The third part has carried on the elaboration about China Internet business model evolution course nearly ten years. The fourth part has analyzed the rule and the influence factor from the crosswise angle which the business model evolves. This part mainly launches the elaboration using the medium ecology system viewpoint. In the fifth part, Internet development has made the forecast to our country for future several years. It can have a benefit by the time to the realistic situation.
