With fast development of the international economic process of integration and technological progress, ACRE Company enters and occupies more and more international markets in the coking trade. In the face of two markets both at home and abroad with constantly changeable demand, the productive relations of ACRE Company have been already beginning or restricting the development of productivity in some aspects. In order to solve the contradiction between owner's construction progress and the progress of engineering design, and to improve integrated degree and quality of design technique etc., the production operation of ACRE Company is analyzed and researched with the basic theories and method of operation management. This thesis proceeds with meaning, thinking and method in which the subject studies, and the relevant theories that the thesis uses are introduced briefly, and then the current situation of design operation of ACRE Company is analysed emphatically. Through designing procedure analysis to ACRE Company, design planning work analysis, design analysis, the organization configuration, human resources and design quality control analysis, the author has expounded designs the inferior position of design operation and the existing problems in ACRE Company. To these question, the author uses the production operation theory, mass customization theory and product life cycle management theory, and combines the actual conditions of ACRE Company, and makes the improving scheme of ACRE Company design. The assurance measures that the scheme is implemented are put forward from four respects finally. This thesis offers reference to other scientific and technological enterprises, especially reconnaissance and design enterprises in design operation management.
