With the spread of the epidemic,China ’s economy has entered a new pattern of development,which is dominated by a large domestic cycle and promoted by both domestic and international cycles.Competition among computer leasing industries has become more intense.In recent years,the computer leasing industry is developing rapidly,and the competition among companies in the development of new customers is becoming increasingly fierce.In the case of the company ’ s operating mode is similar and the platform products are gradually converging,strengthening the company ’ s lean operation,shortening the response time of providing services and improving the efficiency of company collaboration have become more and more computer leasing companies to improve their competitiveness.The importance of operation management in the process of company management has become increasingly obvious.In this context,domestic computer leasing companies have made some achievements in the reform of the operation and management system.However,on the whole,most of the domestic companies still have a big gap compared with the modern operation and management system of computer leasing companies due to a series of problems such as small scale and lack of talent system.Strengthening the company ’ s modern operation management system construction,starting from the details,pay close attention to the implementation,according to market changes in a timely manner to adjust the operation strategy,so that information technology for the transformation and upgrading of empowerment,to achieve rapid and good development of enterprises has become an important issue.Taking Shanghai Zhisheng Information Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Zhisheng Computer Co.,Ltd.)as an example,this thesis conducts an in-depth study on the problems existing in the operation and management of Zhisheng Computer Co.,Ltd.in the computer leasing business by reading a large number of literature,visiting and investigating the industry environment and the internal operating environment of the company.By comparing the representative companies in the industry,Yidianyun and Xiaoxiong U rent,and using SWOT analysis tools to analyze,it highlights the problems existing in Zhisheng Computer Co.,Ltd.,such as unreasonable operation strategy formulation,imperfect organizational structure,cumbersome business processes,and inadequate lean management.On this basis,combined with the operation management theory,put forward the specific improvement plan : First,from the strategic height of the enterprise ’ s operation strategy to reposition,increase recycling business,focus on regional advantages,adhere to their own brand while introducing some brand equipment as a supplement;secondly,according to the new operation strategy,the company ’ s organizational structure is adjusted,and the leasing business center is added as the operation management department of computer leasing business,and the internal coordination and communication are further strengthened.Third,the company process cumbersome issues,business process improvements to enhance the effective working hours of the business and the entire line of collaboration efficiency;fourth,the company introduced lean management,reduce inventory,eliminate rework and multiple actions,eliminate waste.At the end of the article,it predicts the possible obstacles in the process of improving the company ’s operation management,and puts forward some safeguard measures such as information empowerment,leadership support,attention to lean culture construction,and establishment of a sound personnel training system. |
