From our country's economic development, we can find that FDI play a role not to replace in the development of our country, the growth in the east area of china contributed to Foreign-funded enterprise. East area become the mainly area of FDI investment, the foreign capital actually utilized is about 87%, the area scatter of FDI is not balanceable. The principle and Constraint condition of FDI location choice are the objects I research. The located governments only master the preference of location so as to constitute policy to attract the FDI. Under the environment of central region grow up, central region only master the current situation of location and factors of located FDI location choice, the advantage and disadvantage compared with the around area, it will can win the initiative. The thesis analyzes the factors of location choice in central region on the basis of the evaluation of current situation and potential about the central region to help to constitute the policy.The thesis is consist of six chapters, the first chapter is analyzing the background of the title, current situation of researching and the meaning of researching. The second chapter is the basis of theory. The third chapter is mainly analyzing the current situation and characteristic about FDI. The fourth chapter analyzes the factors of location choice and how to select the factors related the central region. The fifth chapter is panel data analyzing about the FDI location selection. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the policy's advice.The thesis set outs a series of main factors of FDI location choice on analyzing the current situation of FDI location choice, and have a main component analyzing with the related data of central region, gets some markedly factors as the variable. In final, we have a panel-data analyze with these data I collected, the result cater the rule of economics. We find the average wage,the degree of open,the degree of market opening,the degree of social opening,the quantity of last year FDI is the decided factor. At the same time, we also analyze the index of achievement and potential and the current situation of each province and the potential ability, in final, we provide the policy's advice and compare with each province.
