Philosophical Consideration On Eco-economy

President Hu Jintao in his report to the 17th CPC National Congress Proposed the goal of building ecological civilization. Ecological civilization refers to the overall civilization of social development, which includes rich content. It is certain that the civilization about eco-economy comes first, the development of eco-economy is a key road to achieve ecological civilization.Nowadays, economics research is increasingly empirical, much emphasis on the relationship between economics and economic life. Economics is increasingly getting into a "lost-root" status, for less basic theoretical research. Economics pays less attention to value, and becomes increasingly technical subjects. The development of economy must be taken under the guidance of philosophy. Without philosophy lead,"economic prosperity" is not only disastrous ,but the prosperity itself cannot be sustainable. At the present times, resource is exhausted, environment is polluted, economic development cannot be sustainable, the deep reasons of which lie in the outlooks of economic nature, value, ethics and economic man. In short, the reasons lie in philosophy. The difficulty the economy is now in is by the reason of the poor philosophy.For eco-economy, as a burgeoning comprehensive science, a kind of new pattern economic development, the guidance of philosophy, especially the guidance of ecological philosophy, is more important. According to the above train of thought, the paper is made up of the following parts, the nature outlook of eco-economy, the methodology outlook of eco-economy, the value outlook of eco-economy, the ethics outlook of eco-economy. So the paper is divided into three parts. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is the philosophical implications of the eco-economy. The third chapter is eco-economy philosophy and Scientific Concept of Development. The paper mainly study and explore the eco-economic philosophy.The report to the 17th CPC National Congress Proposed the people-centered, comprehensive, coordinated and the Scientific Concept of Development, which is the Nature Concept and Methodology guiding development, but also the theoretical basis and guidance guiding the development of eco-economy. In this paper, study the philosophical aspect of eco-economy, and promote the innovation of theory and methods about eco-economy, and solve the related theoretical problem practice, the paper is a theoretical exploration under the guidance of Scientific Concept of Development.
