On The Construction Of Socialist Market Economy Ethics

Throughout the history of human society development,the relationship between economy and morals,that is,economic ethics has always been a major problem and theoretical problem that people pay attention to and study.After more than more than 30 years of reform practice,the socialist market economy system of our country is being perfected unceasingly,the socialist market economy ethics also gradually began to build.But at the same time,there are many phenomena of economic ethics anomie in economic life.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly aims at the research background and the significance which the socialism market economy ethics constructs,as well as the domestic and foreign research condition analysis.The second chapter mainly explains the relationship between socialist market economy and ethics.respectively,the development and evolution of economic ethics and its characteristics,the value of market economy ethics.The third chapter,on the premise of fully grasping the relationship between socialist market economy and ethic,enumerates the phenomena of economic anomie in the construction of socialist market economy,and analyzes the reasons.In order to better construct socialist market economy ethic,we must fully understand the current situation of China's market economy and some anomie phenomena in market economy,analyze its causes,and then help to solve the problem,and prepare and pave the way for the construction of socialist market economy ethics.Based on the third chapter,this paper explores the ethical foundation of Socialist market economy ethic construction and constructs its basic frame in the fourth chapter from three aspects of moral ethics,utilitarian ethics and ecological ethics.The construction of the basic frame of the socialist market economy ethics needs to take the utilitarian ethics as the realistic basis of the socialist market economy ethics,and also need to take the moral ethics as the guidance of the Socialist market economy ethics,and the ecological ethics should be included in the scope as the important content of the socialist market economy ethics.To construct the basic framework of socialist market economy ethics,we must find out what the ethical basis of socialist market economy ethics is;figure out what it contains;figure out what the relationship is.In this way,the pattern of market economy ethic satisfies the requirement of socialist market economy,meets the ethical requirement of market economy development,satisfies the socialist core values and the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.Based on utilitarian ethics,moral ethics as the Guide,ecological ethics as the main content,and the economic ethic pattern adapting to the socialist market economy can promote the healthy development of economy.In the fifth chapter,this paper puts forward the practice path of constructing socialist market economy ethics.We must start with practice,guide the practice with theory,and improve the ethical spirit of the whole nation,and construct the socialist market economy.At the same time,the government starts from Macroscopical,constructs the service type government,constructs the normative economic ethics system and so on,thus constructs the economic ethics which adapts with the socialist market economy development.
