The enterprise that has key employees can win as they are acting as the carrier of key competition. The mobility of key employees nowadays is more frequent as the increasing personnel competition in market and at the same time the internal and external factors of enterprises. So it has become an urgent issue awaited to be solved for management of key employees.Under the above-mentioned condition, we need to be aware of the questions as follows: main factors led to the flow of them; how much do the factors work on them in the same or different types of enterprises; attitudes towards such mobility from human resource researchers and top leaders; ways on how to stop the mobility and inspire them to develop themselves along with the enterprises'development..The author of this thesis, holding human resource development tendency as a background, starting from the angle of management as a basement, investigates the factor led to such mobility in Chongqing City as a target by conducting the methods in the research process as analyzing documents, distributing questionnaires (which are designed by the author with 26indexes that are subordinate to 10 items). The author also analyzes the difference on factors led to such mobility between key employees and general employees with software SPSS11.5, hence she makes a further comparison on this aspect and consequently finds out the misunderstandings for key employees'management by the assessment from human resource researchers and top leaders. Finally she points out the management countermeasure on key employees based on the degree of the factors which may work variously on key employees depending on the principles of management and countermeasure of management.
